Alliance War: Ebb and Flow affected by AAR

As said in the title, the node "Ebb & FLow - Intercept" is actually affected by Ability Accuracy reduction. I used magneto against Nova and intercepting him didn't give me that passive fury. This implied that the damage output was reduced for very long time, even if I intercepted. I had to intercept for 4-5 times before getting that passive fury.

    Yes it’s affected by aar, you don’t get the fury sometimes but the protection is also permanently removed, it’s not a bug unless the node says it can’t be affected by aar
