Global node in AQ bug?

We know that when global node is down in AQ, there will not be sp3 damage except big boss, but why after the new update, even when global node is down, we still get sp3 damage?

Those Global buffs were switched over to the BOSS now.
See other threads asking about it.

Only the +Attack/Health remains on that node beforehand now.
(not sure if planned or a bug)
