Cav EQ Biohazard Bug

It seems as though the prowess mechanic for the Cavalier EQ first map is not functioning as described. I’ve tried with Domino and with Omega Red, and using specials has either a) gotten rid of bleeds but not placed prowess or b) done nothing at all.
