I recently posted asking whether I should R3 Rulk or Torch, the decision has been made.

    You chose Rulk over Torch? I would have chosen the latter, but congrats either way! :)

    Yeah mate, my reasoning is as follows:

    As a utility champ Torch does everything he needs at R2, and with suicides he's not as useful. Rulk benefits greatly from suicides and being a pure tank and heavy hitter, and he'll benefit greatly from R3. 43k health pool with no boosts.
