7.1.1 Tigra Muscle Wizard bug

Tigra won't activate unstoppable buff after knock down enemy.

Same thing happened to me. Was hoping she would be amazing for this.

Does the buff block stop the unstoppable proccing?

I think Neutralise reduces the chance to activate the buffs. She gets the unstoppable from the opponent so the neutralise will shut down the node.
