Becoming cav

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can become cav. This is my roster. Who should I rank up. I am stuck behind crossbones and need a counter. I am f2p so units are limited.

    Red hulk, Gulk with heal block, Medusa might work.

    Rank up Nick Fury. I've soloed Crossbones with all the links active with him.

    Just start the fight in your first life, and remove bane to make it infinitely easier for you.

    This can work. You can also use red hulk, gulk, or Medusa because they’re poison immune. You might have to back out of those fights if the regen gets too strong and they’re at lower ranks.

    Will nick fury purify the poison. I just pulled him super excited. It’s just annoying because they can’t put damage his regen and he shrugs off gulks heal block. Wish I had warlock with the passive heal. I’ll try. Thank for the pointers

    If Nick is sent to his LMD, he purifies every effect in the game. Buffs, debuffs, and all passives
    He doesn't purify bane, flare and the like.

    Edited. He’s purified AA’s neurotoxins and Warlocks infections for Me, so I may have got confused about that m8

    Not immune to poison but can purify it after knocking down the opponent.
