Aol cyclops bugged?

As we all know the abyss node of cyclops is that he has 2 phase in one phase his special attack is unblockable and in other phase his special cant be dexed and in this phase if you parry his special you wont take any damage but i am taking damage with his sp1 and sp2 even when i parried him only recorded bits of sp2 parry but i cant upload my recording cause format is not matching

Its something to do with the double parry the first parry would 0 then the double parry would damage u its really odd

Cyclops attack was parry but his beam has 3 hits and parry was only 1 in my opinion only this is a problem
