He was a spider bitten by a radioactive pig (Aunt May Porker), and not like many assume the other way around. So yea, he’s in essence a spider mutated with swine DNA to become Spider-Ham!

    Oh ok, so it was a radioactive pig biting a regular human faced spider. Well that's totally normal then.
