Does gully 2099 still have power burn?

So I have a gully 2099 at rank 4 as a 5 star and I noticed that I don’t have the power burn function in her pre right abilities I was wondering whether kabam had gotten rid of it or if my gully is bugged

Would be nice if you could clarify thanks
