Nick Fury persistent charge is not working.

I have been using nick in war last day there he died normal function.
After that today I brought him to monthly quest but on the very first fight I noticed he was loosing health then I noticed there is no persistent charge on him so it was considered a LMD destroyed and he was loosing health. Later on his persistent charge doest show and he losses health as design.


Please check ASAP.

    It also happened to me right now in the AQ.
    Started the fight and he just started to degen to 30%

    Please check after restarting game it was okay but got it again :(
