Numbers for objectives failing to clear

Apologies if this has been posted elsewhere.

The white on red numeral that indicates new objectives appears stuck at 4 and is not clearing, even after going in an examining all objectives tabs. New objectives appear, raising the number higher, and can be cleared as normal.

Device is an iPad, iPadOS 14.3.

I cleared two of these events, tried to clear the other two, but then everything disappeared. All that shows now is the number 2 on the objectives tab. I don't get why these objectives came up in the first place. My device is an iPhone XR.

I even tried deleting app and re-installing, but the numbers remain.

Same mine are still there I’m guessing no other posts or mods have comment on this issue still???
