Parry Mastery Description Wrong

I’m resetting my masteries and when I go to parry it shows the image below. 100% for all levels. Did something change with the parry mastery and the description below is correct? Or is the description wrong?

I don’t want to invest the extra 2 points if I’m not getting any additional benefit.

The benefit is that it gets longer depending on block proficiency, and rank 3 is 1 second on a perfect parry. That just means 100% chance to stun.

The 3 levels all show the same values. Regardless if it’s stun duration or anything else. I only have 1 point in parry and it’s showing the same value as the 3 points. Why spend the extra 2 points if it’s the same?

That seems to be a visual bug. It is not actually the same for all ranks

I thought it was visual, too. Unless something changed and we weren’t told about it. I just want to make sure parry’s still functioning the same. Otherwise I’ll spend my 2 points somewhere else.

Just tested and it is visual. If that was a change, then Parry would always be a perfect block from the -100% damage, but it is not.

Just tested and it is visual. If that was a change, then Parry would always be a perfect block from the -100% damage, but it is not.
