Why is Doom so good?

As the title suggests ^
I just pulled 4 star doom on my side account. Ive never used him before since I can't pull him lol. I heard that he's super good but can you guys give me some tips? Also Ive watched a couple of youtube videos, but I don't think that I know everything about him. Is there a specific rotation that I should follow?

    Here’s a brief guide for normal matchups.

    Your main combo should be MLLLH.
    Try to make sure the opponent does not throw a special. Wait until you have almost 2 bars, then throw Sp1. Again, try to keep the opponent between 2 and 3 bars of power. Throw your sp3 when they have 2 bars or more. After Sp3 dash right in and do MMLLLM.

    You could try for another rotation , same as above, or just go sp2.

    His furies of the sp3 are huge, but only stack twice.

    I don’t personally have a doom so I can’t comment on how useful he is compared to other mystics. But I do know his basic rotation. In a normal matchup you want to build up to an sp3 and fire it off when the opponent is at 2 bars of power. (The more power your opponent has the better). After you fire your sp3 the opponent will be stunned so you want to either do a double medium and then a full 5 combo followed by an sp1 or mlm, full combo, sp1. The difference between the two is if you have the mastery that lengthens your stuns you’re able to put a light in between the first two mediums but if not you can only do a double medium. Either way after you fire your sp1 you’ll steal the majority of the opponents power and can the throw an unblockable sp2. It’s unblockable because throwing an sp1 turns on dooms aura which makes your specials unblockable for a certain amount of time. In longer fights you follow the same general cycle but you throw two sp3s before throwing an sp2.

    I just pulled him and got him to R5 without even reading his abilities. I just know that he's good and I have been wanting to have him for a long time.

    Juggernaut is better don't feed Doom any iso

    Until I see proof of Doom being a Can't Stop Won't Stop counter Juggs is CLEAR

    I don't have juggs tho 😭😭 I wouldn't be asking for advice for doom if I had him 😩

    His base stats are actually insane. For comparison, I was taking more block damage with a 3/45 Mysterio than a 4/40 Doom.

    But apart from that, he's the only champion I think where you'd want to opponent to have an SP3. He makes a joke out of Aarkus and Hyperion. I actually used my 4/40 to easily dispatch the V6 1.1 Hyperion with ease.

    I wish I could pull him as a 5 or 6* :/
