Been mentioned by many already.
Just a wording bug in Parry Description, otherwise you would not be seeing Parry actually stun the opponent like it always has.

No solution. This is a bug and people are eating resources.. I used to parry with NF, do a medium than heavy to stack 4 bleeds and they are out of stun by the time I do my heavy.

Kabam Before you ask....... Look at the original screenshot you don't need any other information.

But.......

1. Android and iphone
2. Happens everywhere
3. Happens with every character
