I need the rewards that should have been given

I had explored Act 1 before they buffed the exploration rewards, and should not the summoners who explored before the buff get all the rewards from the buff, like how you do when you enter act 2 these days

That happened like a year ago. If you didn't get anything back then, you aren't getting anything now.
