Heavy attack

Is it broken? Cuz I just attempted 40 of them (yes I counted) and not one of them landed, the AI either dexed, countered, or triggered their special, and for me all the AI does is block and do one of three whenever I attempt to heavy obviously not 100% of the time but I swear It feels like I only land 1/100 heavy attacks

Try to not randomly throw heavies. Do it off a parry, or heavy intercept
