I wanna send a ticket because I gifted an alliance member and didn’t see that my points didn’t register for my alliance until two days later. I’m FTP so units are important. Could someone help me send a ticket?

BUT, is the problem that you had NOT joined your alliance longer than 14 days ago ? (ie, waited until last AW Season Rewards went out before switching ?)
If so, that is why previous Mail Msgs told people that you need to be in for 14 days BEFORE doing any Gifting will start to count towards Ally Points.
Also NO, upon 2 days from now (if that is what Event listing is telling you), your previous points will NOT suddenly be added into your Alliance's Event points. Only new Gifting of yours after that points will start to count.
So don’t bother submitting a Support Ticket,
