Crashing while playing with or play against the following player are

This problem occurred only in S3 Samsung galaxy(GT - I1900) moblies .
I have been playing this game since 29 september 2015.
I have addressed this issue many times but you do not listen us.
Many of them wrote on google play store but there you guys didn't response back.
Why don't you listen us.
tell us what is reason behind this crash.
whenever there picture comes in home page then also game get crash.
I have done so many things to correct but same problem occurred. like increase transition time in developer option.Also i have installed 2 apps in my phone there is lot space in my phone.I don't have issues with other player but the above player make me mad.
