Iceman and Phoenix

I know there’s been so many posts + replies, around Iceman and Phoenix’s immunities.
Without making both too overpowered, can Kabam consider the following changes:
ICEMAN
Emma Frost has multiple immunities, but on “rotational” basis, per power level Attacker vs Defender ... So can we give Iceman immunities to Coldsnap/Frostbite vs Incinerates - based on choice? This can be done during the fight, where Iceman holds back for few seconds (or maybe does certain moves), and Iceman will sacrifice his Ice Armor to shift his immunity between cold vs hot.
PHOENIX
Along with her rising phoenix charges, can we make her incinerate-immune instead of just adding fury? And please add more attack bonus / utilities to her phoenix charges. I think Sunspot’s solar charges are much better than phoenix charges, so hopefully Kabam can do something similar.
