Arena pending rewards and freezing

In the 4 star arena I clicked the help button for my characters it just stopped working I couldn’t click anything on the screen so I restarted the game went back into the arena and my points where back down to 4K when I had 140k but when I did the fight it put my points back to normal but now my milestone rewards keep saying pending. The screen freezing is happing quite often aswell
