Ticket system broken

Hi there. I wanted to send Kabam a ticket but the field "Choose a game" does not have other options other than "Choose a game", therefore it won't let me send any ticket. Anyone know what to do?

You’re probably trying on OLD Support Site.
Go to NEW Support Site and “Submit a Request” there...
