Missing ISO-8! Close and Re-Open the Game dont work!

I opened a grandmaster crystal, got 3* red hulk with some ISO-8s, 2 5K I believe, but I can not find the ISO-8s right after I opened the crystal. I have tried closed and reopened the game both on iOS and Android, still no luck!
Most importantly, this is NOT the first time that ISO-8s were missing!
