Guillotine 2099 loses Armor Buff forever

I'm playing with Guillotine 2099 in act 7.1.4, the right path on sector C. By mistake, I received a hit and I got a permanent Armor Break Debuff. As stated in the Character info, if the armor gets removed, it reactivates after 4 seconds:


I sadly noticed that after 4 seconds she didn't receive the Armor Up Buff.
So there are 2 ways to explain this:

1) Bad explaination of Guillotine Ability
Maybe she could reactivate the armor 4 seconds after the Armor Break expires.

2) Bad interaction/Bug with champion and nodes
Maybe because the armor break is able to constantly remove the armor buff (but i exclude this, since I should have noticed the continuous "armor break" callout.. I suppose)

Any ideas?
I think that the first one is a good point, but I would like to be wrong :)

    I noticed this too. It's a pretty annoying interaction, and I've always wondered why the Cooldown isn't visible either. Nevertheless, I couldn't even use her for that path cuz I'd immediately get ruined after taking just one hit. Had to resort to Guardian who sorted out the path with ease.
