Who else to rank 4 for run at 6.1

Returning player on new account. I completed act 5 with four star champs - a rank 5 thing and 3 star champs for synergy team for almost all of it but a 4 star magneto for 5.4.6 (ultron). Now I’m planning on hording units and potions for the next month and then making a run to complete 6.1 to get cavalier status.
I already rank 4’d a 5 star archangel and Ghost (but haven’t upgraded them yet, need iso). I have 12 tier 2 alpha catalysts and was planning on upgrading 3 more champs. The question is - who? Originally I was going to rank up hood and wasp to have the ghost synergy team. But rolled BWCV last night and am wondering if I should bring her instead of hood. Also wondering if I should bring Hyperion as the other one or another.
