To prevent exploitation, we will prevent new Accounts from being able to Gift enlistment crystals. We will also be taking action on those who are using 3rd Party Sellers, Bots and other farms to gift themselves mass amounts of Enlistment Crystals. Lastly, we will be adding an expiration timer to Enlistment Crystals. All unopened Enlistment Crystals will expire on Oct 18 @ 17:00 UTC. Can’t use my 6* rankup gem from act 7

Just did my first path of 7.1, and the skill r1-r2 rankup gem I got can’t be used on any of my champs, yes they are maxed r1, is this a known bug, realise I’m late to complete this but I’ve scrolled through 20 pages in search bar bigs rankup gem and can’t find anyone else complaining?
