When is the information on the side event coming?

I want to know for the next side event and for future events, when does it usually come? Is there a set time (Like last Thursday of the month or something) or is it just random?

    It generally seems to be 2-3 before it goes live.

    We got the last one 8 days before the EQ and side quest went live so there’s no way to know. Could come any minute. We can only hope it’s a Kabam Boo announcement since those are the best
