Ghost Bug. Since (At least) August 2019

this is the video I uploaded over a year ago. Today the issue is still present. Please, fix this bug.
As you can see, Ghost completely misses some opponents (if they are making their 2nd Medium)

It seems like if they are continuing their combo then ghost is not able to hit them.

I came to the forum looking for this. I can confirm she is whiffing attacks. I was fighting juggernaut today and she whiffed the hit right before the last hit of the special one, which allowed him to block the last hit of her special one and smack me.

It happened again today with zero active nodes. I'll try and post a video.
