I was actually in the same exact scenario as you. I could either r5 void or r2 mags. I went with Void just because he needed one less T5 basic. I used him for more content that got me more T5B fragments, and I just r2ed Magneto. So there's my suggestion.

Go for Void first, he's the most versatile of the three

Thanks guys...was leaning toward Void but wanted some un-biased opinions. The goal is to improve procurement of T5B’s to upgrade quicker so I think he’s the best option of the three.
