Act 5 with 4* champs
Not really a fair comparison since we only have 1 chapter in act 7 and 4 in act 5. The difference between 5.1 with 4* champs and 5.4 with 4 star champs is huge. Act usually start to become more difficult at chapter 3 or 4. So this question cannot really be answered yet, and should be asked again when the whole of act 7 is released.

You should have compared act 5.1 with 7.1 because we don't know how usefull 5 star champions will be during act 7.4 release
