What’s up with block damage???

I’ve noticed that opponents seem to be doing more damage on blocks and parries so I thought I’d test CAPIW as he can’t take damage on parries on a fight with no block pen...and well it’s broken. I’ve tested a number of fights now and all the fights and champs I’ve tested don’t work as intended...not sure if this is known and I’m just late to the party!!!

    Have you taken points out of the parry or block proficiency mastery by any chance?
