There is something wrong with Nick Fury

He has began starting fights in his life model decoy mode, even though I have not fought with him yet. It first happened when I was in the Porcine Dreams quest where i had to fight a Nick Fury, who was already losing health due to the serum. I found this strange but ignored it, but then it happened to my Nick Fury when I started a new quest, and i was already in Fury is Furious and was losing health. Could you look into this please?
