Kabam. Kindly look into this

Alliance quest bug. Where I go into a fight and the game freezes. When I re login my champ in on exactly half health. This happened every day in alliance quest. And I cannot afford to spend any more on this game. It's map 6 top 300 alliance. I've written to you before but no response can someone come forwards and address my issue.
