black windows claire crashes the game

in Bugs and Known Issues
what the title says. since the update when you use sp3 with her it crashes the game, and if you win a fight without sp3 it will crash at the end of the fight

    edit: after trying to play a bit more almost every champion makes the game crash. it's unplayable
