immortal abomination bug

If I use Falcon and I use his lock on ability against Immortal Abomination, this one still applies poison when I do a perry. I saw this bug on the new mission. Is this the correct behavior?

The opponent requires offensive ability accuracy when striking into your block to trigger their abilities. Falcon reduces defensive ability accuracy so he will not stop ibom's poison on parries.
