Well, it’s been a slog and a half, but abyss is finally 100%
It was fun, frustrating, and above all else, bl**dy long.
I probabilities spent about 80 revives per path, give it take 10.
I didn’t have Ægon for my completion, so my team comprised of 6* Sabretooth, 4* Sasquatch, 5* Corvus, 5* Void and 5* Sym supreme
Thankfully, I got stupidly lucky and got 6* Ægon from 3 of his Cav crystal. And I happened to have a skill awakening gem from 100% Act 6. So I waited until he was R3 to tackle the rest of abyss. And geez, he was a monster
Even on my final path today, him being bugged and all, he still threw down.
I thankfully managed to pull a doom too in that time. Plus I awakened my Torch in that time.
But anyway, the rewards. I got a mutant and skill T5CC. No targets for them. But I did go for the mutant nexus
From 2 featured 6*s I got a vision AOU and a Cull obsidian. Neither really doing much for me at all.
And finally, the abyss nexus crystal:
Now, I know most of you would scream havok, or sunspot, or cyclops.
I went Emma. And I could not be happier. You see, I was kind of hoping none of the insane mutants turned up. I’m talking Archangel, Omega or Magneto. Because I would feel obliged to pick them. Don’t get me wrong, they’re great.
But Emma is one of my favourites, and severely underrated. I even wrote up a guide for her.
So, once the AQ rewards come into tonight, I’ll be buying up the T2A and she will go to R3 with 0 regrets, even if I pull Apocalypse tomorrow.
