Taskmaster Armor Break Bug

Recently took Taskmaster 6* to R3 and have been testing him out... unfortunately it seems the recent update has bugged his armor breaks from sp2 or sp3 from occurring, which has significantly reduced the damage he can deal both from his base abilities and the added bonus of his signature ability. Also, it’s not clear that he’s receiving the attack bonuses based on stacks of debuffs applied throughout the fight. Please take a look at him and fix these issues. Thank you.
