I will likely take both to rank 5, but who to prioritize?

Colossus because he is awakened at sig 200

The Stat Boosts from a Rank 5 benefit Colossus and his Abilities more than Magneto's, both 100% should be Ranked Up but Colossus first.
His Defensive Attributes are just too Potent at Rank 5, that in turn boosts his Damage, and at Sig 200 his Ramp Up is sooo much Quicker + More Fun.

Red mags then collosus, Red Magneto is a beast in variant 7 and many places in act 6

I'm a Colossus simp and I have him at 5/65R200 but I just recently completed 6.3 and almost done with 6.4 (now at 6.4.6) and I found that I used Magneto more than Colossus. Doom, Magneto, and Colossus (1st-3rd most used).

But you can't be wrong with Colossus, he's still good for a lot of paths and bosses. You can also use him against the Grandmaster as he have all the tricks like passive damage from his parries when the Grandmaster demands it.

For act 6 completion, mags makes some of the hardest and most annoying bosses a joke!
