Stuck during defender heavy

I find that ~10% of the time, my character freezes in place during a defender's heavy and I can't dex out of it and end up eating it. I've confirmed that other's in my ally have experienced this. Anyone else experience your character being frozen/stuck/rooted and unable to dash back to avoid a heavy?

Definitely. Games freezes at the worst times. Either while trying to evade a heavy, or while trying to throw one. I've had the game freeze for up to 5 seconds.
