Storm X s3 broken vs MM Korg

I thought I noticed this last war so used an advanced power boost to test it out just now and storm x's s3 on MM korg is dealing 1% damage even with his rock shields down. Usually I don't use s3s but screwed up and got pushed to one last war so wanted to try it again and made double sure all stacks were down. Sure enough, took him from 49% to 48% hp. This is really annoying and needs to be fixed, cost me a death last war.
