Possible Dr Voodoo bug?

I'm pretty sure this is a bug but I might be mistaken. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I fought dr Voodoo in arena today and he developed a short unstoppable buff (2-3 seconds) mid match against my Quake. I don't recall him having the ability to go unstoppable. Is this a new ability? An ability I didn't know he had? A bug?

    Probably the unfazed mastery kicking in when quake auto evaded.

    It's a mastery called unfazed. It grants you a chance to go unstoppable when the opponent evades.

    I got hit hard by a spidy boss while using BW. You don't see it much, but it suuucks when you do.
