Guardian (Duped) or Guillotine 2099? Which one is better?

I have both as 5* R5 and I consider g2099 because she has damage, damage cap (from heavy), power control, heal block/reverse (not that sustainable) and she is my favorite aq champ because of guaranteed regeneration and she also good against map6 apocalypse

Guardian also not bad he also have some cool utility and damage (2 sp3 then sp2 is enough for most act6 standard matchups), synergy but he gets his full potential from high sig (BP, bleed and crazy energy resistance), he is pretty new in my roster so maybe I'm not aware of his true potential but still g2099 is next level thing in skilled hands
