Upgrading, ranking, and preparing

So I've just defeated Thanos and got the proven title. Now i am in chapter 1 of Act 4. Do you guys have any tips and tricks on how to defeat five star strange? What is the best path too? My strongest champions are 4*silver surfer rank 2 level 35, 3* venom mastered duped, 4* ronin rank 3, 4*taskmaster rank 2, 4* Cull Obsidian rank 2.

A max 3-Star should take around 25-35 hits to take down a 2K PI enemy.

Dr Strange the boss requires 90-100 hits estimate.

If you are doing this already, just max your 3-Stars for the moment.
