Quick question about 6.4.2 evade path

The best defense gives opponents increased evade ability accuracy. This means that falcon and his lock on won't work for this correct?

    That's evade abiltiy. Not defensive Ability. I could be wrong but I'm pretty certain.

    @Grootman1294 please do the path and update
    CONFIRMED FALCON DOES NOT SHUT DOWN EVADE ON THIS PATH.

    Tested against Starky and he evaded while I was locked on.
