Fury’s Persistent charge bug is back

Was trying to play a quest in act 5 and fury didn’t have his L.M.D, but was in his Fury form from the start of the fight. I know this happened before but needs to be patched

Yep, I have the same bug (and other people in my alliance have it too). I hope it will be solved before the new aw season starts.
For what I saw it's random. Sometimes you have the charge, sometimes you don't have it.
