How does sorcerer supreme heal?

I noticed that sorcerer seems to heal from block when she has two or more regeneration on block. How does this work? I always assumed that the second one would heal 70% of the remaining 30% damage she’s taking.

I would guess the Recovery mastery

Each time you activate a special attack while you on the Raggadorr's Resolve Blessing, you will gain a Rune of Raggadorr (Blue one). An SP1 will give you 2 and then will spend 1, an SP2 will give you 3 and then spend 1. Activating an SP3 for the first will grant you a permanent rune. Each time this rune is consumed you activate the 75% block on hit regeneration plus you'll regenerate around 500 health over 12 seconds. You can stack the regeneration.

The best way to stack the regeneration is to spam SP2s while you are on the Raggador Blessing because it will pause your Rune effects for 5 seconds while still getting the benefits of the regeneration.

Yeah I know this but I meant healing from block. Does the second one have a 70% of 30% heal or is it just because the recovery interacts differently.

I don't think that stacks. Only the regen. Do you have Regen unlocked?
