Another 2 week glitch & compensation needs to be reciprocal

I would like to thank Kabam for acknowledging the issues with the last 2 patches after a deluge of player complaints. It is great that the problem is recognized and a fix is on the way.
However, your post confirms that we are going through amother bimonthly technical glitch that is overly punitive on players. These glithches which negate offensive skills and **** defensive abilities always cause a massive use of items, units and money from our hand’s toil.
The compensation for these errors has to be more than a few revives, several health potions and a crystal guaranteed to deliver another 2 star Champ. The compensation for the 11th major technical glitch of this year needs to be substantive.
For 3+ years we stood by as game content is changed negating progress we make to stay competitive. At the same time, players have to take the financial hit for technical issues that fall on the back of Kabam. How many times do you get to release any item, make a change, it is a disaster, we complain, you stall, you deny, then you realize the issue exists but players are stuck with the damage of weeks of a bad product.
We’ve been loyal to Kabam. It would be nice if that loyalty to Kabam and it’s bottom line was rewarded.
