Spider Ham bug status?

Let's try it this way.

What's the status of the Spider Ham fix? He's still crashing my game any time I add him to a team and it's making the game very unplayable. I used a lot of end game resources to take him to r5 for a lot of content and I'm forced to either use a less optimal option, or not do that content at all (without using units, revives and potions to get through).
Will he be fixed during the next update?

This problem is there only on iOS. I am able to play him easily on my android device.
