Global works fine with mysterio passive heal block however it doesn't work with doc oc heal block debuff. Can't get the fury. The node only says heal block with no mention of passive or debuff so it should be all heal block effects.

No, it says it's a Heal Block. If we're saying it's not a Heal Block when Awakened, then the Direct Damage should be the same amount as the healing, instead it's ~25%. The awakened ability says "Chemistry: Deal Direct Damage equal to 100% of Health Gained and Lifesteal X% of the Damage done." If you see in Seatin's video against Mister Sinister the Direct Damage is the same as the amount of Regen.
