Isn’t his lock on supposed to stop bio hazard from working ... If so it’s broken

    Do they have enhanced abilities? If so it increases their ability accuracy and bypasses lock on

    It lowers their ability accuracy by 100%. If u fight a champ that’s immune to AAReduction or has increased AA it’ll cut into that 100%
