The description clearly stated, “strike their opponent”. The dexterity mastery clearly shows I dodged and was not struck! Yet, I still get the timer to receive an incinerate. Normally I wouldn’t care about this except, when this happens to my Aegon, then AV uses a special, I burn for a significant amount of damage before I can attack him to remove the timer. The timer that shouldn’t be active when you are not struck.
